Ghanaian prophet and the general overseer of Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi has come under serious trolls and criticism on social after he had another prophecy failing again.

Prophet Badu Kobi was sighted in a video on Luv 99.5 FM page saying the spirit of God has revealed to him that Brazil was going to win Copa America.
He said, “For the match that will happen tonight which is between Brazil and Argentina, Brazil win, Argentina will not win. Messi is part of Argentina, he is a great footballer but the night is not for them”.
The match was played in the early hours of Sunday, 11th July 2021 and Argentina beat Brazil by 1 goal to nil to win the Copa America trophy.
A lot of social media users have questioned Prophet Badu Kobi’s credibility as a true man of God because this is not the first time his prophecy has failed. In the 2020 presidential elections in Ghana, he prophecized about former president Mahama of NDC winning but it went in favour of Nana Akuffo Addo of NPP at the end of the elections.
Notable among the numerous Facebook comments was Lawyer Ntimnation’s comment saying “Why does the “spirit of God” keep lying to this man? with the laughter emojis”
